It's hard for me to stay positive with this web host. Powweb seemed to be handling my very basic site just fine until they started a 'migration' which I think was something about moving sites to new servers or something like that. Regardless, as a non-techie, I was very worried when a visitor emailed me about an error on the page that caused the page not to load. After a few days trying to get Powweb to fix the problem with no success, I opened a new account with another host. I still don't know if they fixed it because I never went back to check and just had my account end after the term ended. Maybe they are better after the 'migration' thing was finished, I don't know.
The migration was horrible. I don't even care if they are better now, I wouldn't go back to them for putting me through that. They sure didn't plan very well for it.
I think the earlier reviews are not fair to those looking to use powweb. I signed up 3 months ago and all I can say is that the hosting has been great and at a awesome price.
