Lightning fast servers on my heavy database driven web site. No need for customer support so I can't really rate it. By far the cheapest host with coupon and most worth the money for what I have seen so far.

I was very leery to try this host because I have never heard and was almost going to go with the big hosting companies that have been around for ever but have been known to not really care about your sites at all.
I gave it a try and so far I am overwhelmingly happy with this host's speed and reliability. My site loads very quickly and I have yet to see a slow down.
