Busy web forums are a headache to run when you are having problems with your host. Hostgator has been a pure pleasure. It's so nice to be able to spend time developing my site rather then trying keep it running.

In a industry filled with so many web hosting companies that do not know how to give you good support, Hostgator is a standout among them all. I've been with some pretty bad hosts but this is by far the best.

Hostgator is the best host I have ever been with and I've been with a few, powweb, startlogic, ixweb, to name a few and the gator is the best. Initial transferring of my site and getting it running required some help from them but the help was not needed because of server issue but because of my coding. I didn't know that until they told me and told me how to fix it. That's more than I could expect as usually a host will only fix problems on their end and code is your problem. I was suprised when I signed up that the domain is $15 dollars as most hosts give them away but for the support and uptime I am getting it's worth it.
